EXIT is the biggest music festival in the South-East Europe. As a modern and very significant version of a Serbian funfair, the international festival EXIT has been going on at the Petrovaradin Fortress of Novi Sad since 2001. each year there are more and more visitors and musicians and the latter play on 18 different stages of this great fair.

In its first decade, EXIT, the Novi Sad music funfair became one of the best and most famous festivals in Europe.

At the EXIT “Zero” in 2000, there were 34 Serbian rock bands. At the 2009 EXIT, before some 50,000 spectators, the number Petrovaradin Fortress hosts every year, there were several world famous rock bands.
